LTRT Accessibility

We develop organization's accessibility plans, such as under Accessible Canada Act (ACA) or the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We identify, prioritize, and plan for the removal of barriers and consult with people with disabilities. 

 We support organizations to plan for short and long-term consultations with employees and stakeholders with disabilities. These include surveys, interviews, focus groups, and online platforms. 

We provide guidance on how to navigate complex legal requirements now and into the future.  Once legal requirements are met, we support organizations to continue their journey of accessibility and reach beyond those obligations.

 We work with organizations to review their recruitment, retention and disability accommodations processes. We develop actionable plans to increase the number of people with disabilities within the workforce based on the client's specific needs. 

 We assess and audit systems to ensure they are accessible for all users. In particular, our team can compare against WCAG requirements, Section 508, and Functional Accessibility Requirements.  

We develop curriculum and deliver e-courses and training on disability awareness and accessibility laws that include the voices and real experiences of people with disabilities.
